The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) charged Johnson & Johnson (J&J) on April 7 with violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) by “bribing” public doctors in several European countries and paying “kickbacks” to Iraq to illegally obtain business.
